Think Pink Week

Good Morning everyone! This week is Think Pink Week over at My Pink Stamper and Cricut Critters they are trying to flood the mailboxes of two crafty ladies in the community of crafter's. They are both going through operations this week for Breast Cancer. You can read about everything on the sites listed above. My good friend Kathy fought a long hard battle with Breast Cancer but passed away this year. This card I made is dedicated to her and will be sent to Monique or Brenda. I will make another card so they both recieve one from me. The card was made using the Cricut Imagine and the Imagine More, Nursery Tail's and Winter Woodland cartridges. The banner was cut at 1.5 inches and the letter's and bird at 1 inch. The church was cut at 3 inches. Thank's for stopping and taking a peek!!

Cricut Imagine Nursery Tails, Imagine More Cartridge's and Winter Woodland

Good Morning!! This is my 3rd card I made for Tammy's Design Team Call. I hope you enjoy!! On this card I used the regular Winter Woodland cartridge and pattern's from NT and IM cartridges. The card is a 5 x 7 which fit's in a A-7 envelope. The tree's were cut at 5 inches and I inked the edges with Tim Holtz distress ink vintage photo, added Martha Stewart Glitter and used Snow Writer by Deco Art  for the snow cap's. The pattern I used was from the imagine more cartridge. The snowman and lady were cut at 3.5 inches. The pattern for the snowman is from the imagine more cartridge and the snow lady is from the nursery tail's cartridge. I also inked around all edges with Tim Holtz vintage photo, broken china and worn lipstick distress ink and used Martha Stewart glitter and added a gem to each of the scarves. The background is a piece of mulberry paper embossed with the cuttlebug's snowflake folder then torn around the edges and inked.

Cricut Imagine Is Here

Hope all of you will have a good day!! I stalked the UPS man on Tuesday and he finally arrived!!! Soooo excited. Got it out of the box, set up and all updates done on the CI and gypsy went great!!! Here are a few pictures of CI's arrival.

Christmas Card

Happy Thursday!! Here is another card I made using the Christmas Card cartridge. Everything is cut at 5 inches. I inked all of the edges with Tim Holtz distress ink. I wanted the scalloped frame to look like metal so I distressed with Tim Holtz vintage photo and fired brick ink and then sprayed with Tattered Angels glimmer mist in gold. I think it turned out pretty good...what do you think? Hope you enjoy!

First Post!

Welcome to my blog! I have finally jumped into the blogosphere and have been wanting to for awhile. I have been following Tammy's blog Creative Critterz Imaginations since she launched it for the new Cricut Imagine. I finally broke down and ordered the Imagine during the HSN launch. Sadly I had to return it and am now waiting for a new one to be on it's way. My Imagine was being stubborn and not cutting everything I wanted it to. I must say customer service at Provocraft was awesome and took me through 4 troubleshooting step's but nothing worked, they said it was probably a bad sensor under the blade housing and to send it back to them or HSN. I did manage to get a few cut's out of it and made a few card's with them which I will post later  today or tomorrow. Thank's for stopping by!!
