Emma's Throwback Thursday Challenge....Episode 157

Hope all of you are having a wonderful morning! For this challenge Emma asked us to use one of the Paper Doll Cricut Cartridges and to use heat or dry embossing on are project. I had to bring a little Green and Gold into this card seeing I am from Wisconsin and are beloved Packer's are on there way to Super Bowl. Go Pack Go!!!!! Good Luck to them. Here is my project a A-2 size card hope you enjoy!!

Cardstock for card ( not sure)
Embossed background is coredinations whitewash collection Butter Churn (sanded)

Gems for earrings  and pom poms sprinkled with Martha Stewart glitter (peridot)
Ice Stickles (Crystal Ice)
Paper Doll is cut at 3 1/2 inches
Cut 2 sets of poms so I could stagger them also 2 dresses so I could have a little gold showing out on the bottom

Good Morning to All!! There is a little 4 year old boy battling a rare skin condition called epidermolysis bullosa this condition causes his skin to blister. You can find out more on his CaringBridge page. Angela from Cricut Crafts by Angela http://cricutcraftsbyangela.blogspot.com/ did a call out for cards for this little boy and his family. I was honored to make a card and send it on it's way. Get better soon Charlie!

Happy Chinese New Year!

Good Morning Everyone!! I made this A2 size card for a challenge Emma is having over on her blog  My Creative Time. I had to do a search to find out more on the Chinese New Year. I learned that 2011 is the year of the rabbit and that the White Water Narcissus (Daffodil) is believed to bring good fortune for the year if it blossom's exactly on New Year's Day. I made this card with yellow daffodil's and of course a rabbit....Hope you enjoy!!

My Pink Stamper Design Team Call / Challenge and Submission

Hello Everyone!! Robyn over at My Pink Stamper has two openings for her upcoming 2011 MPS Design Team. We can make a card, scrapbook page or any other project using her favorite colors pink, green, brown and a optional color of our choice. I decided to make a 5 x 7 card and here is what I came up with. Hope you enjoy!!
                                                            
Recipe:
Cricut Imagine Machine
Cartridges- Winter Woodland (regular cart.) for skater image.  Mr.  Frosty (Imagine cart.) solid colors for dress, skates and fur also used Stampin' Ups  RGB code #80-57-49 (Expresso)  for skaters body. Snow Angel (Imagine cart.) was used for the 5 x 7 patterned paper card.
Vellum (Alabaster) from The Paper Company.  Irridescent vellum (Pink) from Stamp on It embossed with Cuttlebug Snowflake folder.
